Since I switched to the Writings theme I’ve been posting more often. It’s a joy to use your theme and I really appreciate it.

Writings WordPress theme is a Gutenberg-ready WordPress theme built for those who publish just text mostly. Despite its simplicity, Writings is a fully-features theme that will help to tell stories to the whole world, without complexity in a lot of tons of settings for this.
Just write. Write simply.
Choose the color of elements, fonts, a display mode of Featured Image, control the width of the content area of your posts. Can upload a logo image, a background image for the site, choose a font, and much more.

The Front Page consists of several sections: Featured Post, main page content, and a section of the latest posts. Sort and visibility of these sections available via the Customizer. In addition, there are two options for the layout of the main content.
Front Page Options
For a static page that is assigned to display as a Homepage, you can hide the title, fill and show excerpt, choose from two layouts, and define a Featured Image. In addition, you can use the built-in block patterns (note: some of them require an activated Getwid plugin) to create your unique Homepage.
The theme comes with several custom page templates: Resume, Half, Wide. By using a page template called Resume, for example, you can publish your resume or trendy page Now.
This theme is fully compatible with the new WordPress block editor. Moreover, the theme compatible with the Atomic Blocks plugin and others, which extend the collection of available editor blocks.
The theme offers its built block patterns since v.1.4.0. The Pro version provide additional block patterns that require an activated Getwid plugin. You can use these block patterns to create a Front Page that differs from the Front Page offered by default.
